Come to the Jeli District Council office for a copy of the bills, and to settle your outstanding payments.

What do I do if I am just a tenant renting the home/building?

Answer:

You can present the bill to the owner for his prompt attention. If the owner fails to settle his taxes, your belongings in the premises will be seized. To avoid this, make your rental payments directly to the Jeli District Council, until you are informed that the outstanding balance is settled. Provision of Local Authorities Act 171.
